Mand’s background includes senior roles within global organisations, working across executive coaching, leadership and team development, and large-scale learning and capability initiatives. Known for bringing energy, clarity and straight-talk to her work, she combines strong commercial understanding with a genuine passion for helping people grow in confidence and perform at their best.

Alongside her corporate career, Mand maintains strong links to the Armed Forces community and continues to support young people through voluntary work.
